Employment Verification:
August 2017, 85% of all resumes and employment applications contain exaggerations or outright false statements regarding the applicant’s academic achievements. Confirm your applicant’s employment history, including position held, dates of employment, salary information, reason for leaving and eligibility for rehire (subject to employer’s policy). Verification with assessment provides an even more complete picture of your applicant’s previous employment. We contact former employer’s regarding the quality of your applicant’s work, communication and leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, accomplishments, integrity, and eligibility for re-hire.
Education Verification:
Verify education credentials from the high school level to post-graduate studies. We confirm highest degree of diploma earner, dates of attendance, area of concentration or focus, and date of graduation.
Professional Reference:
We vet and interview your applicant’s references to validate applicant’s skills and qualifications.
Professional License:
We verify the applicant’s professional licensure or certification with the state board agencies or licensing authority. We also verify whether there was any disciplinary action or lapse in licensure.
Social Security Number Trace:
Social security number traces provide a record of all names associated with a specific number, the date issued, state of issuance and whether it is a valid social security number.
Credit History:
Depending on position for hire and we have the applicable credit check authorization for your applicant, we report creditor relationships, including payment history, collection actions, judgments and bankruptcies, so you can be confident in your applicant’s financial responsibility.
Motor Vehicle Records:
Prior to you entrusting an employee behind the wheel of your company vehicle, we verify your applicant’s driver’s license number, status, state and date of issuance, as well as driving history.
Workers’ Compensation Records:
A search is conducted through the state workers’ compensation claims database to determine if the applicant has filed any claims. If claims are found, the following information will be reported; Date and type of injury, result of injury, claim amount, medical follow up and the employer the claim was filed against.
Annual Re-screening:
Employees 12-month re-screening – are they still compliant within your company’s rules and regulations? Have they been arrested for criminal activity, court ordered probation, filed bankruptcy, do they still have a valid driver’s license? Yes, many reasons for you to re-screen your current employees.
